Social Media Management
Most businesses think that social media must be practised by someone from Marketing, PR or Sales background to create content and engage with their audience, the truth is…they are not the best choice!

Social-Media-Introverts

If you want to pick someone for social media from your company’s staff, then make sure NOT to look into these departments. Being on mobile and social networks all day long, does not make this person a sociable one or the right choice to manage the company’s social networks profiles. You need to find the type of person that when he/she is on-line, they forget the world around them and they are devoted to the task pointed to them.

Whom to choose as your Social Media Manager?
Introverts
, they are my number one choice to run any social media department or account. If you know someone with this type of personality, you will notice that they have two different personalities, an on-line and an off-line one. When they are off-line, then they are Introverts, but when they are on-line (behind the screen), then they switch to their other personality and become extroverted.

In public, Introverts are:
1- Shy and don’t like to talk
2- Don’t like to be in a room with so many people

3- Hate to open up with strangers
